Frequently Asked Questions
Registration is handled by district chairs. When registration opens, you will receive instructions for submitting your district's delegate list and room request. Deadlines align with the July Board of Governors meeting.
SEANC manages room assignments with the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons. Room information is submitted as part of the district registration process. Do not book directly with the hotel — contact convention@seanc.org for details.
All approved bylaws amendments and policy platform items will be posted in the Convention Business section of this page approximately 30 days before the convention opens.
Delegate packets are available at the on-site registration booths at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons. Booth hours will be posted here closer to the event. Check in when you arrive.
Per Section 6.3 of the Operations Manual, a $250 penalty may be imposed for registrations received after the deadline. Contact convention@seanc.org as soon as possible if you anticipate a late submission.
